ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br /> Projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Therefore, no environmental document accompanies this <br /> report. <br /> <br /> IX.
