The Merritt Property <br /> annexation area is not subject to a development agreement authorized by Government <br /> Code Section 65865 and entered into before January 1, 2008. <br /> This County-City RHNA transfer agreement has received all necessary local approvals. On <br /> March 17, 2026, the Pleasanton City Council adopted a resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign <br /> the County-City RHNA transfer agreement (Attachment 2).
