The City is the owner of the real property located in the City of Pleasanton,generally <br /> described as Santos Ranch Road also known as"Parcel I",and more particularly described on <br /> Exhibit A,attached and incorporated by this reference(the"Road"):and <br /> B.. the Road provides a means for the Owner to reach his or her residence;and <br /> C. The Owner has requested permission from the City to use the Road for the purposes identified <br /> in this Agreement,in return for the Owner's agreement to perform in accordance with the terms of <br /> this Agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS AND <br /> CONDITIONS IDENTIFIED HEREIN.THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> I. PE,R.MISSION FOR EN1RY AND USE. The City grants permission to the Owner(including <br /> its invitees and agents)to enter all of Pared I (the"Premises"),for the limited purpose of ingress <br /> to and egress from the Owner's residence located at APN 946-3$00-4-I2. <br /> 2_ TERM.The term of this Agreement shall commence upon full execution of this Agreement by <br /> the parties and shall terminate upon written agreement by the Parties_ <br />
