Primary And Non-Contributory If Required By Written Contract Or Written Ag reement <br /> <br />The following is added to SECTION IV – BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS, B. GENERAL CONDITIONS, 5. <br />Other Insurance and supersedes any provision to the contrary: <br /> <br />e. Subject to the applicable limits of liability, this Coverage Form's Covered Autos Liability Coverage is primary <br />to and will not seek contribution from any other insurance available to an "insured" under your policy <br />provided that: <br /> <br />(1) Such "insured" is a Named Insured under such other insurance; and <br /> <br />(2) You have agreed in a written contract or written agreement that this insurance would be primary and <br />would not seek contribution from any other insurance collectible to such "insured". <br /> <br />SECTION V – DEFINITIONS is amended as follows: <br /> <br />14.
