Fourth Amendment Page 1 FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This Fourth Amendment to Agreement ("Fourth Amendment") is entered into this 2nd day of August 2025 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and AECOM Technical Services, Inc. ("Consultant”). Whereas, on April 19, 2018 the City and Consultant entered into a Design Professional Services Agreement for Project Study Report – Project Development Support Services for the Sunol Boulevard/I- 680 Improvements Project CIP No. 15551 ("Agreement"); and Whereas, on June 16, 2020, a First Amendment to the Agreement was executed and included an addition to the scope of work to include the development of the Project Approval and Environmental Document, increasing the maximum expenditure and extending the term of the agreement; and Whereas, on September 9, 2021, a Second Amendment to the Agreement was executed to further extend the term of the agreement to accommodate additional time necessary for required project analysis; and Whereas, on September 19, 2023, a Third Amendment to the Agreement was executed to expand the work required for Plans, Specifications, and Estimates; and Whereas, the term must be further extended to accommodate additional time necessary for required for Plans, Specifications, and Estimates; and Whereas, the parties desire to amend to the Agreement; Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 2 of the Agreement, “Term” is amended to read: the term is extended to November 30, 2026 2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
