Task 4 – Meetings and Presentations
The lead consultants from BAE, NHA, and Jones Hall will be available to coordinate with City staff and
support City staff in presenting the results of the analyses described in preceding tasks. This will
include:
• Participate in periodic project coordination meetings with City staff and the development
team, including one initial virtual kick-off/coordination meeting, and up to five periodic virtual
check-in meetings as needed. This may include meetings for the consultant team to present
draft work products and solicit feedback from City staff. To limit budget impacts, it is
anticipated that BAE will participate in all meetings, with NHA and Jones Hall participating in
a more limited set of meetings, as appropriate.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of findings to elected officials and/or advisory bodies ,
including up to two City Council meetings, work sessions, or similar public meetings). It is
anticipated that BAE and NHA will attend both meetings. To limit budget impacts Jones Hall
may attend one meeting, to be determined in consultation with City staff.
• BAE and NHA will develop presentation materials, executive summaries, and other materials
related to their respective scope areas to support communications to elected officials and
staff.

Docusign Envelope ID: 28AAFB7A-F31B-469C-B172-17ACC0A628F6Docusign Envelope ID: 6F743673-03C8-43C0-95A5-67A331894F1D
