All covenants,promises and agreements contained in <br /> this Agreement shall pertain to and do hereby expressly run with the land controlled by Subdivider and <br /> described herein. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the parties hereto, including heirs, assigns, <br /> executors,administrators,and all other parties whether they succeed by operation of law or voluntary <br /> acts of Subdivider. Signatures and execution of all parties shall be acknowledged before a notary public. <br /> Either party may file and record this agreement with the Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> It is the City's understanding that Subdivider intends to immediately transfer ownership of Parcel <br /> 1 of Parcel Map 10539 to The Greek Orthodox Church of the Resurrection(hereinafter"Purchaser") <br /> upon recordation of said map. Purchaser also intends to accept all obligations associated with City <br /> Ordinance No. 2220 as referenced in the Recitals.
