Zone 7 Water Agency – Tennis Park Test Well Summary
and Production Well Design Recommendations

6 Zone 7 Water Agency
December 2025

A spinner survey was also conducted in the well to measure flow under non-pumping (static) conditions
(Appendix A). The results of the static spinner survey show that water flows within the well from the
upper three screened interval into the lower three screened intervals under non-pumping conditions.
Table 7 summarizes the flow contribution for each screen section in the well under static conditions.
Positive values for production and % of flow indicate water is moving into the well structure through
screen sections, negative values indicate where water is moving out of the well structure those screened
sections.
Table 7. Well Yield Estimation
LSCE used the data derived from the constant rate pumping test, combined with data regarding the range
of expected regional groundwater levels, to develop well pumping capacity estimates for the wells
constructed at Tennis Park, Del Prado Park, and Hansen Park. The methodology, data, and analysis used
to develop pumping capacities for the three sites are detailed in Appendix C. Table 8 summarizes the
estimated pumping capacity of well constructed per the design recommendation presented in Section 3
at Tennis Park.
Table 8. The final full-scale production well yields and overall project yield may vary by several hundred gpm
more or less than the test well based estimates provided in this feasibility study. Production well yields
will be a function of multiple variables (e.g., specific capacity and well efficiency) that may vary between
