Other Quality Control Measures <br />The laboratory is to employ laboratory blanks, fortified blanks, and duplicate analyses and document <br />percent recovery and relative percent differences to assess laboratory contamination sources, accuracy, <br />and precision. <br />8.2.3. Laboratory Analytical Methods <br />Analysis shall be performed using the appropriate USEPA methods as defined in Attachments 1 and 2, <br />equal or superior methods. All instruments and equipment shall be properly calibrated and maintained <br />for accuracy. <br />8.3. Laboratory Reports <br />Laboratory reports shall identify the analyst, analytical methods, reporting limits, method detection limits, <br />results of test well samples and associated blanks and duplicate samples, units, dilution factors, applicable <br />qualifiers, and flags, date of analysis, and all applicable QA/QC information. The laboratory supervisor <br />shall supervise all analytical work performed in the laboratory and sign the laboratory reports.
