c. provide City with any necessary requirements by District that City must complete for <br />volunteers visiting a District classroom. <br />3. Duties of City <br />City shall: <br />a. designate City contact email of booklegger@cityofpleasantonca.gov to answer <br />questions about this MOU; and <br />b. provide notification of date and time of class visit and book lists in advance to District <br />staff at District facilities listed in Section 4; and <br />c. provide oversight and training of volunteers by City staff, including assignment of <br />class visits and activities; and <br />d. document volunteer hours on forms provided by City and ensure that volunteers <br />complete the current District volunteer requirements; and <br />e. provide for the provision of supplies and equipment, procedure manuals, and other <br />operational materials needed by Booklegger volunteers. <br /> 4. Sites, Transportation and Parking <br />PUSD facilities where Booklegger volunteer classroom visits may occur include: <br />a. Alisal Elementary School, 1454 Santa Rita Rd., Pleasanton <br />b. Donlon Elementary School, 4150 Dorman Rd., Pleasanton <br />c. Fairlands Elementary School at 4151 West Las Positas Blvd., Pleasanton <br />d. Hearst Elementary School, 5301 Case Ave., Pleasanton <br />e. Henry P Mohr Elementary School, 3300 Dennis Dr., Pleasanton <br />f. Lydiksen Elementary School at 7700 Highland Oaks Ave, Pleasanton <br />g. Valley View Elementary School, 480 Adams Way, Pleasanton <br />h. Vintage Hills Elementary School, 1125 Concord St., Pleasanton <br />i. Walnut Grove Elementary School. 1999 Harvest Rd., Pleasanton <br /> <br />City acknowledges that District will not provide Booklegger volunteers with any <br />transportation services or designated parking. City staff and volunteers will be able to <br />use public parking at these District facilities on the same terms as other members of the <br />public. <br />5.
