Resolution No. 2026-018 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> SECTION 2. LPFD shall keep an account of the abatement cost for each parcel on <br /> which work is done and shall submit to the City Council for consideration, hearing objections, <br /> modification, and confirmation, an itemized written report showing the cost pursuant to <br /> Government Code Section 39574. <br /> SECTION 3. The weed abatement costs, including an administrative charge, and if <br /> related litigation is required, all attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs, shall be the responsibility <br /> of the property owner of the parcel of land where the work was done. <br /> SECTION 4.
