It is designed to deliver less lethal munitions. <br /> Purpose/Authorized Uses:The 40mm launchers can be used as a less-than-lethal impact device <br /> and stored in patrol supervisor vehicles.This is intended for patrol purposes by trained <br /> personnel.They can also deliver chemical agents.
