RESOLUTION NO. 2026-023 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ADOPTING THE ADDENDUM TO THE CALIFORNIA VEGETATION TREATMENT <br /> PROGRAM (CALVTP) PROGRAMATIC ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR <br /> THE AUGUSTIN BERNAL FUEL MANAGEMENT PROJECT; MAKING PROJECT- <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS; AND ADOPTING A STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING <br /> CONSIDERATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection certified a Final <br /> Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the California Vegetation Treatment Program <br /> (CaIVTP); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City prepared a CaIVTP Project-Specific Analysis and Addendum to the <br /> PEIR for the Augustin Bernal Fuel Management Project (Project); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City also prepared findings of fact and a statement of overriding <br /> considerations for the Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council adopts the CaIVTP Project-Specific Analysis and <br /> Addendum to the PEIR for the Project (Exhibit A). <br /> SECTION 2.
