The project proponent has also <br />determined that the inclusion of land that is outside the CalVTP treatable landscape in the proposed <br />treatment area constitutes a change to the geographic extent presented in the PEIR. However, within the <br />boundary of the project area, the existing environmental and regulatory conditions present in the areas <br />outside the treatable landscape are essentially the same as those within the treatable landscape; <br />therefore, the impacts of the proposed treatment project are also consistent with those covered in the <br />PEIR. No changed circumstances would lead to new significant impacts not addressed in the PEIR. <br />Therefore, no new impact related to agriculture and forestry resources that is not covered in the PEIR <br />would occur.
