The
permittee shall, at its sole cost and expense, repair and restore any and all
damages to public and private properties that result from any activities
performed in connection with the installation or maintenance of a small wireless
facility. The permittee shall restore such areas, structures and systems to the
condition in which they existed prior to the installation or maintenance that
necessitated the repairs. If the permittee fails to complete such repair within the
number of days stated on a written notice by the Director, the City may (but
shall not have the obligation to) cause such repair to be completed at
permittee's sole cost and expense.
(14) Annual Affirmation of Radio Frequency Standards Compliance. All radio frequency emissions on all frequency bands must be shown
on the Appendix A form(s). All radio frequency emissions are to be entered on
each Appendix A form only in wattage units of"effective radiated power."
Small Wireless Facilities Policy (City of Pleasanton) page 36/47
