ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> <br />Government Code Section 39574. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. The weed abatement costs, including an administrative charge, and if <br />related litigation is required, all attorneys’ fees, expenses, and costs, shall be the <br />responsibility of the property owner of the parcel of land where the work was done. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
