Data Protection and Privacy <br />City shall maintain customer information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. <br />Zone 7 agrees to use customer information provided under this agreement solely for <br />connection fee administration and collection purposes. The parties agree to maintain <br />appropriate security measures to protect customer data and shall notify each other <br />promptly of any data security incidents. <br />14. Severability. <br />15.1. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court <br />of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and <br />effect, and the invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent <br />necessary to make it valid and enforceable. <br />16. General Provisions <br />16.1. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and <br />supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. Any modifications must be in <br />writing and signed by both parties. <br />16.2. This agreement amends and restates in its entirety any and all prior fee <br />collection agreements between the parties, including but not limited to the Prior <br />Agreement. <br />16.3.
