Recreational Program Fees <br /> <br />The City Council authorizes staff to establish fees for new programs and adjust <br />fees for existing programs based on the actual cost to provide the program. <br />Fees will be set to limit the General Fund subsidies for these programs and <br />services, dependent upon the overall benefit of the program within the <br />community. <br /> <br /> Service Category Maximum General <br />Fund Subsidy <br />1.
