Page 3 of 3 <br />EQUITY AND SUSTAINABILITY <br />Implementing the City’s CAP/OER actions supports the City’s ability to provide safe and <br />reliable water services to the community. <br /> <br />OUTREACH <br />The City has notified impacted customers in the Kilkare service area of the DBP exceedance. <br /> <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this action advances the citywide ONE Pleasanton Strategic Plan goal of Funding <br />our Future, Strategy 4 – Complete the Water System Management Plan. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Third Amendment increases the agreement by $75,000, for a revised not-to-exceed <br />amount of $1,074,750.
