RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ADOPTING THE ADDENDUM TO THE CALIFORNIA VEGETATION <br />TREATMENT PROGRAM (CALVTP) PROGRAMATIC ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT REPORT FOR THE AUGUSTIN BERNAL FUEL MANAGEMENT <br />PROJECT; MAKING PROJECT-SPECIFIC FINDINGS; AND ADOPTING A <br />STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING CONSIDERATIONS <br />WHEREAS, the California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection certified a Final <br />Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the California Vegetation Treatment <br />Program (CalVTP); and <br />WHEREAS, the City prepared a CalVTP Project-Specific Analysis and <br />Addendum to the PEIR for the Augustin Bernal Fuel Management Project (Project); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City also prepared findings of fact and a statement of <br />overriding considerations for the Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council adopts the CalVTP Project-Specific Analysis and <br />Addendum to the PEIR for the Project (Exhibit A). <br />SECTION 2.
