Municipal Options <br />●Residents are exploring annexation by Pleasanton or the <br />creation of a Community Service District. <br />●We contracted with Richard Berkson and Associates to <br />complete an Existing Conditions Report for the <br />Castlewood CSA. <br />●From that work and subsequent discussions, annexation <br />seems to make the most sense.
