Our Ask from LAFCO <br />●Castlewood will fund the preliminary annexation proposal (~$5k). <br />●The detailed analysis will be an additional ~$20k. <br />●We will start this analysis once Pleasanton approves the resources <br />necessary to explore annexation from their side (timing TBD). <br />●We would like LAFCO to fund half the cost ($10k) of the detailed <br />analysis. <br />●All work will be done with Richard Berkson and Associates, a resource <br />recommended by multiple sources.
