50 <br />Side Letter of Agreement #1 <br /> <br />JOINT COMMITTEE <br /> <br />During the term of this Agreement, the City and the PPOA shall convene a Joint Committee consisting <br />of two City Management representatives and two members of the PPOA. <br /> <br />The purpose of this joint committee is to discuss department diversity, personal appearance, grooming, <br />and incentivizing special assignments. The commission will produce recommendations to be <br />considered by the City and PPOA bargaining teams responsible for negotiating a successor agreement <br />in 2020.
