The following individuals provided comment: <br />Melanie Sadek, Sharon Piekarski, and Holly Sanders. <br />Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />23.Receive an update on the Groundwater Supply Project and approve joint Project <br />implementation with Zone 7 Water Agency <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Receive an update on the Groundwater Supply Project (CIP No. 24174). <br />2.Approve implementation of the Groundwater Supply Project as a joint project with <br />Zone 7 Water Agency. <br />Presentation by Todd Yamello, Utilities Manager. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment.
