Pleasanton also adopted a Human Services Needs <br />Assessment Strategic Plan 14-16 and the HSNA Updated <br />Strategic Plan 2018-2022. The 2024 Eastern Alameda <br />County Human Services Needs Assessment (EACHSNA) <br />evaluates the strengths, needs, and recommendations for <br />the human services delivery network for the Tri-Valley <br />region and individual Tri-Valley cities. <br />Page 222 of 908
