ATTACHMENT 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON AND THE PLEASANTON POLICE OFFICERS’ <br />ASSOCIATION FOR THE TERM OF JUNE 1, 2026 THROUGH MAY 31, 2029 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the <br />Pleasanton Police Officers’ Association expires on May 31, 2026; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, representatives from the City of Pleasanton have met and conferred with <br />representatives of the Pleasanton Police Officers’ Association and prepared a successor <br />agreement covering the period June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2029. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Police Officers’ Association <br />for the term commencing June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2029. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
