(CSG) is pleased to offer our services to provide professional land development <br />engineering support services for the City of Pleasanton (City) on a temporary basis for the months of <br />April/May/June 2026, in advance of the anticipated multi-year Professional Services Agreement <br />expected to become effective July 1, 2026. <br />CSG understands the City requires interim staff support to assist with land development project <br />management, reviews, City Surveyor services, and other related engineering services. Services will be <br />provided in accordance with CSG’s standard hourly rate schedule and in coordination with City staff to <br />ensure timely and consistent project delivery. CSG is proposing Son Hoang, PE, QSD/P, as CSG’s Project <br />Manager and point of contact for these services. Son will be supported by Edrie De Los Santos, PE, and <br />others for land development reviews and by Sophie Truong, PE, PLS, and others for City Surveyor <br />services. <br />Scope of Work <br />CSG will provide land development support services, which may include, but are not limited to: <br />•Land development project management and coordination with City staff, developers, and other <br />stakeholders as needed. <br />•Review of improvement plans, parcel maps, and grading plans for compliance with City <br />standards and applicable regulations. <br />•Preparation of review comments in written and redline formats. <br />•Assistance with permit processing and general land development support tasks. <br />•City Surveyor services. <br />•Participation in meetings as needed. <br />Services will be performed on an as-needed basis and tailored to support the City’s workload during this <br />interim period. <br />Estimated Fee <br />Services will be provided on a time-and-materials basis in accordance with CSG’s standard hourly-rate <br />schedule, see attached, with a not-to-exceed amount of $92,000 for the duration of this engagement. <br />EXHIBIT ADocusign Envelope ID: 933AD1F9-3B99-8625-8060-2C58C086A941
