CSG Engineering Services Fee Schedule <br />SF Bay Area Region <br />CSG Consultants’ fee schedule for proposed services is provided below. <br />PERSONNEL / ROLE HOURLY RATE <br />Administrative Assistant $120 <br />Engineering Intern $150 <br />Assistant Engineer $190 <br />Associate Engineer $230 <br />Structural Engineer $280 <br />Associate Surveyor $220 <br />Senior Engineer $260 <br />Senior Land Surveyor $255 <br />Senior Structural Engineer $300 <br />Principal Engineer $300 <br />Senior Principal Engineer $325 <br />Two-Person Survey Crew $475 <br />Assistant Project Manager $190 <br />Project Manager $245 <br />Senior Project Manager $260 <br />Principal Project Manager $280 <br />Office Engineer $190 <br />Construction Inspector $210 <br />Senior Construction Inspector $218 <br />Assistant Resident Engineer $218 <br />Resident Engineering / Construction Manager $276 <br />Structural Representative $276 <br />TERMS <br />•All hourly rates include overhead costs including but not limited to salaries, benefits, workers’ compensation insurance, <br />local travel, and miscellaneous office expenses. <br />•Overtime services and services provided outside of normal business hours will be billed at 1.5x the applicable hourly rate. <br />•On July 1st or anniversary of the contract start date, CSG will initiate a rate increase based on the change in CPI for the <br />applicable region. <br />•CSG will mail/email an invoice every month for services rendered during the previous month.
