9 <br /> <br />2.10 Traffic and Site Access <br />The Contractor shall: <br />x Maintain access to Fire Station operations at all times <br />x Provide safe work zones and traffic control as required <br />2.11 Site Cleanup and Restoration <br />The Contractor shall: <br />x Remove all debris and excess materials <br />x Restore disturbed areas <br />x Leave site in clean and operational condition <br /> <br /> <br />3. MATERIALS AND STANDARDS <br />All materials and workmanship shall conform to: <br />x City of Pleasanton Standard Specifications <br />x California Building Code (CBC) <br />x Caltrans Standard Specifications (as applicable) <br />x Approved project plans and details <br /> <br /> <br />4. PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />The Contractor shall complete all work within a mutually agreed timeframe, coordinated with the structural <br />installation schedule (estimated 3–4 weeks total construction duration). <br /> <br /> <br />5. EXCLUSIONS <br />Unless otherwise specified: <br />x Utility relocation (performed by City) <br />x Electrical or plumbing work <br />x Structural building installation (covered under separate contract) <br />x Major off-site improvements <br /> <br /> <br />6.
