CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> _8_� "„ CITY COUNCIL <br /> pLE ASANTONC MINUTES <br /> Tuesday, March 17, 2026 <br /> 4:30 PM <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting Workshop of the City Council to order at the <br /> hour of 4:30 p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br /> Absent: None. <br /> WORKSHOP <br /> Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: <br /> Rick Hammel, Michael Mitchell, Sharon Piekarski, Sandra Dibiasi, Michele Peterson, <br /> Alan Shapiro, Falguni Dave, Paul Wiener, Emily August, Gabi Welk, Pam Alpert, <br /> Phil Bowman, and Vicki LaBarge. <br /> Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br /> 1. Receive a report on Strategic Plan implementation, review the Strategic Plan <br /> Dashboard, and provide direction on City Council priorities and priority projects <br /> Presentation by Sharon Petrehn, Principal Analyst. <br /> The City Council provided feedback to prioritize projects 46, 51, 53, 57, 73, 74, and <br /> 79 from the existing project prioritization list.
