Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section <br />15132, this Final EIR includes a list of persons, organizations, and agencies that provided comments <br />on the Draft EIR; responses to the comments received regarding the Draft EIR; and errata, or <br />revisions to the Draft EIR; as well as a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for use <br />by the City of Pleasanton during its review. <br />This document is organized into five sections: <br />xx Section 1–Introduction. Provides an introduction to the Final EIR. <br />x Section 2–Master Responses. Provides a single, comprehensive response to similar comments <br />about a particular topic. <br />x Section 3–Responses to Written Comments. Provides a list of the agencies, organizations, and <br />individuals who commented on the Draft EIR. Copies of all of the letters received regarding <br />the Draft EIR and responses thereto are included in this section. <br />x Section 4–Response to Public Meeting Verbal Comments. Provides responses to all verbal <br />comments received at the Planning Commission meeting held on December 10, 2025 to solicit <br />public comments on the Draft EIR. A link to the full recorded public meeting is included in this <br />section. <br />x Section 5–Errata. Includes a listing of refinements and clarifications on the Draft EIR, which <br />have been incorporated. <br />The Final EIR includes the following contents: <br />x Draft EIR (provided under separate cover) <br />x Draft EIR Appendices (provided under separate cover) <br />x Master Responses, Responses to Written Comments on the Draft EIR, Responses to Public <br />Meeting Verbal Comments, and Errata (Sections 2, 3, 4, and 5 of this document) <br />x Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (provided under separate cover)
