City Council Minutes Page 1 of 1 April 21, 2026 <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES <br />Tuesday, April 21, 2026 <br />5:00 PM <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting Workshop of the City Council to order at the <br />hour of 5:00 p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert*, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Absent: None. <br />*Councilmember Nibert arrived at 5:02 p.m. <br />1.Public Comment - Comments are limited to items listed on the agenda. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Balch <br />closed the public comment. <br />WORKSHOP <br />2.Receive an update on the 2026 Sewer Rate Study <br />Presentation by Nick Ajluni, Public Works Assistant Director, and Nancy Phan <br />(Water Resource Economics). <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Balch adjourned the meeting at 6:02 p.m. <br />______________________ <br />Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk
