22 <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton <br />Landscape Maintenance District No. 1984-1, Ponderosa Engineer’s Report, Fiscal Year 2026-27 <br />The Assessment is made upon the parcels or lots of land within the Maintenance <br />District in proportion to the special benefits to be received by the parcels or lots of land, <br />from the Improvements. <br /> <br />The Maintenance District’s assessment rate for fiscal year 2026-27 are the same as last <br />year, consistent with Resolution 88-375, and in the amount of $60.08 per single family <br />equivalent (SFE) benefit unit. <br /> <br />Each parcel or lot of land is described in the Assessment Roll by reference to its parcel <br />number as will be shown on the Assessor's Maps of Alameda County for the Fiscal Year <br />2025-26.
