Site preparation (as needed) <br />Assembly and erection of the VersaTube structure per manufacturer specifications <br />Installation of the structure on a newly constructed concrete pad <br />Structural bracing, framing, and enclosure installation <br />Coordination with City staff for final placement and access <br />Procurement and installation of one roll-up door (dimensions per plans) <br />Procurement and installation of one side access door (dimensions per plans) <br />Please review the attached scope of work and project details. If you are interested in <br />submitting a proposal, kindly provide the following: <br />Detailed cost proposal <br />Estimated project schedule and duration <br />Confirmation of contractor’s license and DIR registration <br />Relevant project experience <br />Contractors are encouraged to visit the site to familiarize themselves with existing conditions <br />prior to submitting a proposal.
