Resolution No. 2026-040 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> not less than 40 days nor more than 125 days after the administrative or judicial certification of <br /> the election which resulted in a tie vote. <br /> SECTION 8. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this <br /> resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. <br /> SECTION 9.
