CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> pLEASANTON MINUTES <br /> Tuesday, May 19, 2026 <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Balch called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 7:05 <br /> p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br /> Absent: None. <br /> REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION <br /> City Attorney Sodergren reported there was no reportable action during closed session. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Beaudin removed item 14 to be brought back on the June 2, 2026 City <br /> Council meeting and noted item 17 had additional supplemental material that was not <br /> included in the agenda packet. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: <br /> Todd Nelson, Sharon Piekarski, and Lara Calvert. <br /> Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Councilmember Gaidos/Councilmember Testa to approve the <br /> consent calendar as recommended. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> City Manager <br /> 1.
