Motion <br /> passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> Councilmember Nibert requested a resolution that would address the disposition of the <br /> FCI Dublin facility based on findings of the new environmental assessment, resolving <br /> that the location would not become an ICE detention center. The item failed for lack of <br /> majority support. <br /> Councilmember Testa requested an ordinance addressing single-use plastic to-go <br /> utensils and materials used at Pleasanton restaurants. The item failed for lack of <br /> majority support.
