22 <br /> The Assessment is made upon the parcels or lots of land within the Maintenance <br /> District in proportion to the special benefits to be received by the parcels or lots of land, <br /> from the Improvements. <br /> The Maintenance District's assessment rate for fiscal year 2026-27 are the same as last <br /> year, consistent with Resolution 97-83, and in the amount of $389.56 per single-family <br /> equivalent (SFE) benefit unit. <br /> Each parcel or lot of land is described in the Assessment Roll by reference to its parcel <br /> number as will be shown on the Assessor's Maps of Alameda County for the Fiscal Year <br /> 2026-27.
