Page 37 <br /> I do hereby assess and apportion the net amount of the cost and expenses of the <br /> Improvements, including the costs and expenses incident thereto, upon the <br /> parcels and lots of land within the Maintenance District, in accordance with the <br /> special benefits to be received by each parcel or lot, from the Improvements, and <br /> more particularly set forth in the Estimate of Cost and Method of Assessment in <br /> the Report. <br /> The Assessment is made upon the parcels or lots of land within the Maintenance <br /> District in proportion to the special benefits to be received by the parcels or lots <br /> of land, from the Improvements. <br /> The Maintenance District's assessment rate for fiscal year 2026-27 remains <br /> unchanged at $265.11 per single-family equivalent (SFE) benefit unit (base rate), <br /> plus the County collection fee of $4.51 per parcel, for a total of $269.62 per <br /> assessable parcel. <br /> Each parcel or lot of land is described in the Assessment Roll by reference to its <br /> parcel number as will be shown on the Assessor's Maps of Alameda County for the <br /> Fiscal Year 2026-27.
