(EPS) to <br />provide on-call fiscal analysis as part of the recently adopted Early Project Review <br />process in the City of Pleasanton. This letter confirms EPS’s interest in providing these <br />services for the City on an as needed basis and Attachment A further documents our <br />relevant qualifications and experience. <br />As further documented herein, EPS is uniquely qualified to provide credible, well- <br />documented fiscal analysis review for proposed development projects as part of the Early <br />Project Review. As you know, EPS has extensive experience working in the City of <br />Pleasanton and has conducted several fiscal impact analyses for the City in recent years. <br />We have assigned the following staff to lead this effort on behalf of the firm: <br />• Jason Moody, Managing Principal: Jason will serve as the EPS Principal-in-Charge for this <br />effort. Jason has a long history of work in Pleasanton and successful collaboration with City <br />staff and has worked on numerous fiscal studies for communities throughout California. <br />• Megan Gregory, Senior Associate: Megan will serve as Project Manager in this effort, <br />coordinating and conducting technical work by the EPS Team. Megan has also worked <br />on numerous fiscal models, including recent studies in Pleasanton related to Stoneridge <br />Mall redevelopment and East Pleasanton annexations. <br />We are happy to provide any additional information you may need to formalize this <br />engagement.
