<br /> <br />Appeal of P26-0136, 2986 Liberty Drive Planning Commission, May 13, 2026 <br />7 of 7 <br />SUMMARY/CONCLUSION <br />The proposed addition is consistent with the General Plan, the required findings for residential <br />design review as stated in PMC Section 18.20.050.B, and the applicable Shadow Cliff PUD <br />development standards. The design is compatible with the existing residence and surrounding <br />neighborhood and incorporates features that minimize potential light, viewshed, privacy, and <br />related impacts.
