I will be attending the video meeting and would like to request time on the agenda to speak about my <br />concerns as the owner of the home directly behind the proposed two-story addition. <br />My concerns include the following: <br />1. Loss of sunlight and open space – The two-story addition will significantly reduce natural sunlight to my already small back patio and block my open sky view, leaving us facing a large <br />wall. <br />2. Loss of privacy – The taller structure built so close to the lot line will greatly reduce our family’s privacy. <br />3. Health and safety during construction – My daughter lives in the home and is expecting her second child soon. The close proximity of construction raises concerns about exposure to <br />dust, insulation, roofing materials, and other potentially harmful debris in the yard where young children will be playing.
