<br />Confidential | Core & Main <br /> <br />DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY <br /> <br />I, Robyn Bradbury, Chief Financial Officer of Core & Main LP, a Florida limited <br />partnership (the “Company”), hereby delegate authority to Les Miller, Senior Sales Manager, <br />National Smart Utility (the "Delegate"), to execute and deliver a contract resulting from Request <br />for Proposal for Water Meter Replacement & AMI System Installation Project; CIP #26137 (the <br />“Document”) to the City of Pleasanton, CA, and to take or cause to be taken any and all actions <br />in connection therewith as such individual may consider necessary or desirable, with such <br />necessity or desirability being conclusively evidenced by the actions so taken, on behalf of the <br />Company. <br />This Delegation is limited to the Document as described above. <br />The Delegation is personal to the Delegate.
