Current and proposed combined bills include FY 2027 treatment costs in addition <br />to Pleasanton collection bills. Based on current and proposed charges, the bi-monthly impact to <br />Single Family customers will be $25.33. <br /> <br />Note that the City of Livermore currently offers a 10% discount on treatment charges and is <br />currently evaluating a reduction of the Ruby Hill discount. Upon completion of the City of <br />Livermore’s evaluation, City staff will coordinate with City Council on a recommendation for the <br />Ruby Hill discount program. For customer impacts, current combined bills include the discount <br />on treatment charges, and no discount is applied to collection charges nor proposed treatment <br />charges. Based on the current proposed charges, the bi-monthly bill impact to Ruby Hill <br />customers will be $25.33. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 164 of 923
