City of Pleasanton <br />Sewer Rate Study Report <br /> <br />Water Resources Economics <br />19 <br />Figure 1-8 shows the connection fee per EDU comparisons between the City and other nearby <br />agencies, including DSRSD treatment connection fees 7 which account for approximately 97% of <br />current combined Pleasanton connection fees. DSRD connection fees are set by DSRSD and <br />passed onto Pleasanton customers.
