Currently Pleasanton bills are the <br />lowest amongst all agencies surveyed. After the proposed changes, Pleasanton bills are near the <br />midpoint of the range, falling higher than DSRSD bills and lower than Livermore bills. <br /> <br />Figure 3-2: Full Service Restaurant Sewer Rate Survey <br /> <br />Figure 3-3 shows the current and proposed bi-monthly bills for Submetered School customers at <br />average usage (172 ccf) relative to other nearby agencies. Currently Pleasanton bills are the <br />lowest amongst all agencies surveyed. After the proposed changes, Pleasanton bills are <br />comparable to Livermore bills, falling higher than DSRSD bills and slightly lower than Livermore <br />bills. <br /> <br />Page 208 of 923
