City Council Minutes Page 2 of 7 June 16, 2026 <br />1.Approve meeting minutes of May 19, 2026 <br />Recommendation: Approve meeting minutes of May 19, 2026. <br />2.Introduce an ordinance updating the Pleasanton Municipal Code Title 2 to modify <br />the duties, frequency of meetings, and maintenance of membership for the Civic <br />Arts, Human Services, Library, and Parks and Recreation Commissions, and <br />modify the membership and meeting frequency for the Youth Commission <br />Item continued. <br />3.Adopt a resolution amending the local Conflict of Interest Code and updating the <br />list of designated positions required to file Statements of Economic Interests <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2026-049 amending the local Conflict of <br />Interest Code and updating the list of designated positions required to file <br />Statements of Economic Interests. <br />Community and Economic Development <br />4.Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute second amendments to extend <br />the term of the agreements with Hexagon, TJKM, and Fehr and Peers for on-call <br />transportation consultant services, and approve an increase of $200,000 to the <br />aggregate contract authorization, to a new total aggregate of $700,000 through <br />June 30, 2027 <br />Recommendation: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Second <br />Amendments to the professional services agreements with Hexagon, TJKM, and <br />Fehr and Peers for on-call transportation consultant services, to extend the term of <br />the agreements until June 30, 2027, and increase the aggregate not-to-exceed <br />total across all three contracts by $200,000, to a new total aggregate not-to-exceed <br />amount of $700,000. <br />Finance <br />6.Accept the monthly disbursements and investment report for April 2026 <br />Recommendation: Accept claim disbursements in the amount of $18,502,999 and <br />the investment report for the month of April 2026. <br />7.Adopt a resolution approving Fiscal Year 2026/27 Investment Policy and <br />Guidelines <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2026-050 approving the Investment Policy <br />and Guidelines for FY 2026/27. <br />City Manager <br />Page 30 of 923
