PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> <br />MPL 00 120 11 15 Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />ANTI-STACKING ENDORSEMENT <br /> <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> <br />Miscellaneous Professional Liability Insurance Policy <br /> <br />SECTION II – LIMITS OF INSURANCE, <br />RETENTION AND REIMBURSEMENT, Section A <br />Limits of Insurance of the policy is amended to add <br />the following: <br />If any Wrongful Act that is covered by the poli- <br />cy is also covered to any extent by another poli- <br />cy also issued by the Company or any of its <br />parents, subsidiaries or its affiliates to the <br />Named Insured, the total liability of the Com- <br />pany or its parents, subsidiaries or its affiliates <br />under either or both policies for the Wrongful <br />Act shall not exceed the largest Total Limit of <br />Insurance available under either policy. <br />All other terms and conditions of this policy <br />remain unchanged. <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 719DA141-AC44-83B6-8162-C79EED148CD3
