PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> <br />MPL 00 80 11 15 Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />BLANKET WAIVER OF SUBROGATION AS REQUIRED BY <br />CONTRACT CHANGE ENDORSEMENT <br /> <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> <br />Miscellaneous Professional Liability Insurance Policy <br /> <br />SECTION VI – GENERAL CONDITIONS, Section F <br />Subrogation and Recovery of the policy is amend- <br />ed to add the following additional paragraph after <br />F.2: <br />The Company hereby waives any of its rights to <br />pursue recovery in a subrogation action against <br />all clients of any Insured hereunder, where such <br />waiver of subrogation by the Company is a con- <br />tractual requirement for services performed un- <br />der a written agreement between an Insured <br />and any client of the Insured.
