Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />CALIFORNIA CHANGES – CANCELLATION PREMIUM DUE <br /> <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> <br />BUSINESSOWNER’S COVERAGE FORM <br /> <br />Paragraph A.5. of Section III – Common Policy Condi- <br />tions is amended as follows: <br />5. If this policy is cancelled, we will send the first <br />Named Insured any premium refund due. If we <br />cancel, the refund will be pro rata. Final Premi- <br />um will not be less than the pro rata share of the <br />minimum premium. If the first Named Insured <br />cancels, the refund may be less than pro rata <br />based on our other than pro rata cancellation <br />factor and procedure. Final Premium will not be <br />less than the full policy minimum premium.
